If you’re still using google docs, excel or pen and paper, then odds are you’re spending too much time managing your portable toilets. It doesn’t have to be that way. Portable Toilet companies have used our Slates to capture the following information:

What is a Slate?
A slate is a 2x3 inch aluminum tag with 2 rivet holes on each side. The QR code and toilet number are laser etched onto the tag for extra durability. Information can be entered onto the Slate via the Slate Pages app which is available for download on apple and android devices. We do not require a special QR code or barcode scanner.
How do Slates work?
When drivers go out to service, deliver, or pick up a toilet, they scan the slate with the Slate Pages app, record the work they did, and hit save. That information is then displayed on an online dashboard where managers can track where their toilets are located, which ones are due for service, delivery, pick up, etc.
How to get started
The set up process is quick and easy. Send us your toilet ID numbers, your company logo (not required), shipping address and let us know what information you need the Slates to capture. We will then send you a proof for your approval and get them shipped out.
