Linking Information To Portable Restrooms
Everyone has their own unique method when it comes to managing their portable toilets. And everyone has their own specific pain points that effect their business. But that pain point may not be an issue for another business. Therefore, you need a system that is specifically designed to address the needs of your business. Slates are the perfect answer to your problems and are currently used on thousands of portable toilets around the country. Below are some examples of how Slates eliminated some of those pain points for our customers.
Accurate Inventory: If you need to know how many units are in stock, you either have to walk around and take another inventory or go find the inventory sheet from the week before and hope that its still up to date. Slates provide a live and accurate inventory count, eliminating the need to constantly walk around and take an inventory. Not only can managers how many units are in stock, they can also see other information like which types of units are in stock and the condition of each unit as well.
Service Dates: Every toilet when out on a job needs to be serviced. The unit may need to be serviced either once a week, twice a week, monthly, etc. Managers can customize the slates to track the service dates of each unit and even customize reports on the Slates online dashboard to show a list of units that need to be serviced on Mondays, or Tuesdays, etc.
Service History: Aside from tracking service dates, managers need to know if someone actually went to service each unit. Managers can convert paper checklists into digital ones using Slates. So, when a driver goes out to service a unit, he/she simply scans the slate, opens the service log and fills it out. Once their work is done, that information is immediately posted to the Slates online dashboard. Managers can then check their “Monday” or “Tuesday” units and make sure they were all serviced. As well as who serviced the unit, the work they did and a full history of every service that has been done to that specific unit.
Delivery & Pick Up Dates: Like service dates, delivery and pick up dates can easily be tracked with Slates. Managers can see which units are scheduled for delivery and pick-ups on the Slates online dashboard and will never have to worry about forgetting to deliver or pick up a unit again.
Unit Location: Some companies struggle with tracking the location of all their units. With slates, drivers can update the exact GPS location when making a delivery. The GPS location shows up in the map view on the Slates online dashboard.
